12/27/23 - Bentleys been receiving Chemo for about 1.5 months now. I was SO hopefully he’d be the exception and heal….

We go to the hospital every single week. Yesterday was the day of his ultrasound. I was very hopeful he was going to be okay….the results weren’t what I expected. I thought the mass would shrink a little bit if not completely. It’s the same size and they see bubbles meaning it’ll perforate through his intestines. I miss him so much and he’s not gone yet.

He’ll be with me for another month or two….is I was told (in so many words)

To say I’m heartbroken is an understatement.

We spent $6000 to find out he had lymphoma….. we’ve spent $10,000 on chemo and tests.

PLEASE contribute if you can! He’s a part of Amir i still have.

Today, I found out Bentley has cancer in his intestines.

Everyone who knows me knows Bentley’s very special to me. I knew a day like this would come….I’ve dreaded it and it’s here.

I can’t help him by myself and so I’m asking for some support from you guys to let Bentley live longer.

He’s lost 10lbs in 1 month, the surgery is something we need to get done. We’ve been back and fourth from the vet every other week trying to figure what’s going on with him, for 1.5 months. It was the abdominal ultrasound that found it, today.

ps. He’s still happy and wags his tail. He’s sooooo happy to see people and kisses their faces. He doesn’t have nearly as much energy that he’s had in the past but he’s managing. Either I watch him slowly deteriorate in front of my eyes or….?
