Pancreatic Cancer

Mary was diagnosed in July 2022 after several trips to the ER and hospital for unexplained abdominal pain. Finally after an MRCP scan was run and detected a tumor at the head of the pancreas. It’s is currently inoperable with the hope that chemo will shrink the tumor for surgery. Chemo #1 is turning out to be brutal.

All this came so quickly and unexpected. Mary has three children and four step children. Being sick has taken a significant toll on family, work family and friends.
