Travel With A Purpose

Hi, everyone! My name is Claire, and I am a Junior in high school. I would like to spend the summer of 2017 abroad for a global service adventure, but I will need a little bit of help. With the support of GlobalWorks and all of you, I am planning on spending 8 days in Puerto Rico as I assist in the construction of homes for local families.
Although it is an extremely important cause, the houses built will do much more than provide shelter and safety to the residents who will inhabit them. It is my dream to become an Architect; through this adventure, I hope to inspire other young women to pursue their passions in engineering and architecture, just as I plan to do in the future.
