Hello to all,
Many of the people that are reading this have known Mr. Balaji for many years, and you know the great person that he was. The pride exuded from Mr. Balaji to wear the uniform and be an actual LBS employee was evident daily. In fact if Mr. Balaji were ever to be consider on an “off day” (He never took one), you would only see him in a company shirt doing something for someone. Selfless, generous and genuinely caring.
Balaji was the most kind individual you could ever meet. He would always smile when he saw you, he cared about you and your family, generous with what he had and was the hardest working, most humble man I have met to this day. Mr. Balaji would joke or make someone feel like they were the most important person at the point of interaction and the consistency in which he influenced all of us to be better people. Mr. Balaji loved having people around, but never rested on the fact that he was a servant leader in all aspects of everyday life.
Mr. Balaji has been a man in the shadows ensuring success for Louis Berger Aircraft Services in Kuwait for many years . He brought immeasurable value to the projects that we worked on and the pride that he took in his work was second to none. He cared for every employee as if they were a member of his own family. It did not matter what time of day it was, Mr. Balaji was always there for us. Mr. Balaji worked through sand storms, outside the gate of the base in the desert, in the heat to get a forklift back to operational status. Mr. Balaji’s motto was, "no matter what the mission will always go, it is my job and I will always do my best".
For those of you that took time to get to know Mr. Balaji, you heard about his family, and how proud he is of them. A giant smile would always break out and his face lit up when he talked about his wife or children. The pride and how he spoke of his wife and her lifelong pursuit of achieving the highest degree of enlightenment and understanding in her career was with a full heart. Mr. Balaji would boast about how smart his children were and knew they would too be successful in their lives. The love that Mr. Balaji had for his family was evident, in his words, expressions and actions.
Mr. Balaji impacted each and every one of us in different ways. He was a friend, coworker, mentor and a father figure to many of us. He made lasting impressions that we will never forget.
Hopefully, we can show Balaji's family how much he meant to us by giving some amount of financial support during this difficult time.
Thank you.
