Felix Carvajal Funeral Expenses

Felix a very loved soul left us too soon.
He was a father, husband, brother, family member and a friend to many.
On December 25, 2020 he was having breathing complications
due to COVID-19. He was incubated that same day and was hospitalized for a little less than a month. We want to make it clear that the virus wasn't the cause of his death but it was complications after that. He was able to get a tracheostomy surgery so that he could be disconnected from the ventilator and be able to start breathing on his own, the surgery went well, after that he was able to wake up from the coma they had him in. The family was able to face time him along with some close friends for that last week. According to the doctors he was on a fast road for recovery, unfortunately on the morning of January 27, 2021 we lost him due to a complication he had regarding the tracheostomy tube that he was placed with.
Unfortunately he left us at a difficult time, he was unemployed at the time and was going to start working in the new year. We are trying to raise money for his family who has to take charge of the funeral and burial expenses.
I know many friends and family of the Carvajal's want to join in this moment of grief and want to help out.

Félix, un alma muy amada, nos dejó muy pronto. Fue padre, esposo, hermano, miembro de la familia y amigo de muchos.
El 25 de diciembre de 2020 tuvo complicaciones respiratorias debido a COVID-19. Fue incubado ese mismo día y estuvo hospitalizado por menos de un mes. Queremos dejar en claro que el virus no fue la causa de su muerte, sino complicaciones posteriores. Pudo someterse a una cirugía de traqueotomía para poder desconectarse del ventilador y poder empezar a respirar por sí mismo, la cirugía salió bien, luego de eso pudo despertar del coma en el que lo tenían. La familia tuvo la oportunidad de comunicarse por medio de face-time junto algunos amigos cercanos durante la última semana. Según los médicos el estaba recuperadose rápidamente, lamentablemente en la mañana del 27 de enero de 2021 lo perdimos por una complicación que tenía con respecto al tubo de traqueotomía que le colocaron.
Desafortunadamente nos dejó en un momento difícil, estaba desempleado en ese momento e iba a empezar a trabajar en Enero 4. Estamos tratando de recaudar dinero para su familia, que tiene que hacerse cargo de los gastos del funeral y del entierro.
Sé que muchos amigos y familiares de los Carvajal quieren unirse a este momento de dolor y quieren ayudar. Cualquier cosa ayuda, gracias a todos por su cooperación y apoyo.
