Rest In Peace Dad

Jim Rouda was more than just my dad he was my best friend. Those who knew him knew how amazing he was. He worked hard for what he had and always taught me to be the best person I can be. His passing came as a shock and no funds were set aside for bills and other expenses. My family and I are asking for donations to fill the financial void.
