Junior National Young Leaders Conference

Hello my name is Demarius Alston an 8th grade student at Sutton Middle School in Georgia. I have been nominated to represent my school at the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington DC this summer. Through my hard work and educational achievements and leadership qualities in school I was the only student in my 8th grade class nominated. I am very excited about this opportunity to explore new educational experiences. I look forward to meeting other students through our daily interactions and discussions resulting in the ability to share ideas with other students and learn from existing leadership professionals that will provide great insight the XXX field of interest. My participation in this program depends on my fundraising goals. I am asking for donations because my mom can not afford to send me to the conference. It will be a honor to show my mom that her efforts for me to be a great person and good student are not in vain. Any donations will be appreciated. I hope to meet this goal and make it to Washington, D.C. to make my mom and family proud.
