I am a single mother of three beautiful children and diagnosed with breast cancer Stage IV. I have lived with this diagnosis for 5 years. On my cancer journey, I learned to be in the present and live life despite cancer. I challenged myself to participate in new activities (things that I thought were unattainable before cancer) and model for my children to grab life and you can do anything! Since then, I learned to surf, snowboard, sew quilts, rock climbing, went skydiving, and traveling across the country tent camping with three children for five weeks! Cancer has taken away many things, but given me the opportunity to truly appreciate every breath. I am appealing to those who love life!
