Help Karen Kick Cancer

Our mom, Karen Stark is a kind hearted, brave woman with a positive attitude. Karen fought cancer 9 years ago and won. Unfortunately the cancer has come back and she has recently been diagnosed with reoccurring regional breast cancer in her chest wall. She started her first round of chemo today. And while she has remained positive with her diagnosis and is ready to start fighting, she has recently had a few setbacks. The main one being that she found out it is only a matter of time before her employer, Shopko, closes their doors for good and she will no longer be employed.
With any medical condition, treatment can get very expensive and while she would never let us know it, the medical bills are weighing heavily on her shoulders. To help alleviate that burden, we are starting this go fund me account for our mom to try and help her with those growing amounts of medical bills.
