Hi my name is Sarah my husband Johnny is a healthy 40-year-old man and he had a massive stroke caused by a clogged artery to his brain. He has had two major brain surgeries. He has a large amount of brain loss that could impair him for life. We have been in the icu since June 26th our 12 year anniversary of being together! As of July 2 my husband was found unresponsive and had to go to emergency operation room, to have a portion of his skull removed. Because the brain needed room for the swelling! we are currently unable to work at the moment, as me and my husband work together. we are fighting for his life everyday his life flight was thankfully covered by Insurance but we are unsure of all the medical bills. We are asking for a little reassurance in this time of need to know that we will be able to get my husband home and hopefully rehabilitated, we have five kids joined and two grandchildren! We are unsure of the expenses of physical therapy and the equipment needed to make his life as easy as possible when he comes home. He is a loving dad and husband, he was also the provider for the family. I have spent everyday in the icu with him. I have had family and friends watch after the two smaller children.
