AVERI'S ARMY
The Browns are an amazing family who are always helping others. Right now, they NEED our support while Averi is recovering from her second surgery and beginning an expected 8 months of chemotherapy and radiation treatments in her fight against sarcoma cancer.
Earlier this year, Averi fell at the school playground and landed on her side. Initially the result was thought to be nothing more than a bump from the fall, but after months of tests and doctors visits it appeared to be blood vessels had built up under the skin on top of the muscle. The biopsy was performed just before surgery and the results required a larger incision and area removed.
Now the family has learned the it was an aggravated tumor with an aggressive nature, a subset and very rare form of sarcoma cancer. They are fighting back and Averi is in treatment to defeat any of the microscopic cells that linger.
Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Fighting cancer is VERY EXPENSIVE and the family will have a great deal of out of pocket expenses that include medical and the day to day needs of their family. Please consider making a donation. They are so very grateful for your help!
