If you don't know me, I'm also known as Lovely Lady Cakes. I started out producing how-to-baking videos in my apartment kitchen in 2011. This hobby gradually grew into a full time business. I have created content for many digital campaigns such as American Express, Tillamook, Quaker Oats, Yoplait, and many others that I am proud to have worked for. In 2014 I got an opportunity of a life time and was asked to be a contestant on ABC's "The Chew" where I competed in "The Chew Tank" and my dessert won! I then got my own segment with Mario Batali teaching him how I made my dessert! And all during this time I was 6 months pregnant.
With any working mother, we sometimes forget to eat right. I especially noticed this while I was breastfeeding. So, I would experiment in the kitchen with lactation bars and really loved this concept. For over 2 years I have had this idea to create the perfect cookie that would fill up a nursing mother and help produce extra breast milk. After many many variations and experiments with ingredients, I have found my formula for a delicious and healthy lactation cookie.
The cookies are organic, gluten-free, and vegan. They are made with key ingredients to help spark your energy and produce more breast milk. These cookies are so chewy it will be hard to share - but the whole family can enjoy them too. Nursing moms who have tried my cookies have reported producing up to 5 more oz. of breast milk!
I am preparing to attend a "Big City Moms Baby Shower" in Dallas, April 6. This is a huge networking expo where 90% of attendees are pregnant mothers. To get me there I am needing a little help from my friends and family. We have been working diligently getting ready for this launch but we are at a point where we are in need financing to finish these last few tasks in time for the expo in April. Final tasks involve buying printed stickers for the front and back of the packaged bags, tiny stickers for small sample bags, purchasing oxygen packets for inside the bags, business cards, banner with our logo, e-commerce website, and printed t-shirts.
I am very passionate about this product. As I have proven in the past with Lovely Lady Cakes, I am very persistent and follow through with a job. We couldn't do this with out you and want to thank you for supporting me along the way.
