On June 27th, Omari Marshall (son of the late Sandra McKay) sustained life-threatening injuries in a serious car accident and had to be airlifted to Health City Hospital in the Cayman Islands. The circumstances have placed an overwhelming financial burden on our family, with escalating costs for the emergency airlift, surgery, and the critical postoperative care and rehabilitation he will require (estimated to be well over $166,000.00 USD).
