Kidney Transplant

This appeal is for my close friend since childhood - Sreejith. He is looking for funds for a 2nd kidney transplant, this time through his wife. He is only 50 yrs old with 2 young kids, studying in 7th and 5th grades. Even though a teetotaler, his kidneys suddenly failed. He got his first transplant from his mother in his 30s. Unfortunately, that failed about 3 yrs back after he contracted pneumonia in 2017. He has been on dialysis ever since. He also lost his job at that time:(. The long term dialysis has eaten into all his savings. He is looking for urgent funds after his nephrologist suggested he go for a 2nd transplant given his age and family situation.

The date is tentatively set for Dec 29.
