More information about Joining Jack: Joining Jack was created four years ago by Andy and Alex Johnson, the parents of a then four-year-old Jack after he was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD, a horrific muscle-wasting disease for which there is currently no cure. The charity raises money to increase awareness and fund research to find a cure for all boys living with DMD.
