Get Well Soon Miss Meghan!
Donation protected
Early July, Meghan experienced stroke-like symptoms resulting in her having to take a break from teaching her beloved dancers. She has gone to a number of doctors and through a number of tests trying to get answers about what's going on with her health. Every day, Meghan is seeing improvement and is staying incredibly positive but we all know how much Meghan loves her ballerinas and performing. For anyone who wants to help contribute towards her medical expenses and send her love, feel free to donate as much as you are willing to help out our favorite dance teacher!
***March 2021 update- Meghan has been through the ringer health-wise but is still staying amazingly positive as ever. In the past 18 months, she has experienced another mini-stroke that caused her to injure her foot and get foot surgery. Her foot surgery went well but she was still experiencing pain in her foot past the estimated recovery time. She went back to the doctor and was recently diagnosed with CRPS, which is an extremely rare nerve condition that resulted from the trauma she received from the surgery in lieu of the previous strokes she had. There's no date that she will be "recovered" by and she is working hard with her physical therapists, doctors, and specialists to manage pain and hopefully move forward doing the things she loves. CRPS is no joke and she is unable to work as her number one focus is on getting her health back on track! In the meantime, I increased the donation goal on this go fund me page in hopes that all her dance families and loved ones can continue to help out until she can slowly get her feet back into the studio.
