We humbly reach out to you today to share the heartbreaking story of an incredible 8-year-old child who urgently needs your support. The first picture is of Sincere when he was 4 years old happy, energetic, and full of personality. The second picture is Sincere currently ongoing his anoxic brain injury. On August 11th, 2019, Sincere’s life changed forever. Little Sincere, full of life and joy, suffered a devastating accident when a simple grape became lodged in his throat, causing a severe lack of oxygen to his brain. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, Sincere now has minimal consciousness, unable to communicate or walk.

Sincere was a vibrant child with an infectious smile that would light up any room. The accident has left our family devastated and burdened with an enormous amount of medical expenses to provide for Sincere’s indefinite care needs. On June 12, 2023, Sincere’s mother while traveling home was hit by a vehicle that ran the traffic light, resulting in the total loss to both Sincere’s and her only source of transportation. As a community, we believe in the power of collective kindness and the extraordinary impact it can have on this precious life.

We have launched this GoFundMe campaign with the sole purpose of raising funds to provide much-needed support for Sincere, including a handicap-accessible van to accommodate Sincere’s disabilities, allowing him to have a safe source of transportation. The financial strain resulting from ongoing medical treatments, specialized care, supplies, and equipment is overwhelming. My niece, Jushaylian Spann, Sincere’s mother, is a single mother who had to quit her job to fully dedicate herself to being Sincere’s primary caregiver. She has been designated as the beneficiary over this campaign. No donation is too small, and all donations are greatly appreciated.
