Hi, my husband Nizam and I (Selena) of Mon Repos, Guyana are urgently in need of your help as we are presently facing three crisis. Our lives has been turned upside down!

My husband who was our sole provider has stage 3 colon cancer and cannot work. He requires a life saving cancer treatment that is being offered at the Artemis Hospital in India. He presently has severe bloating and a colostomy bag attached to his body for passing waste. His health is deteriorating!

To make our situation even worse, about 6 mths ago we were awaken by screaming neighbours, our home was on fire, we scrambled out with just the clothes on our backs and managed to get our vehicle out of the yard. We lost everything!

We appealed to the gov't's Man on a Mission program and they agreed to rebuild a house for us but the son of Nizam's half sister (has same mother) and her husband's brother chased the workers out of the yard. The Man on a Mission stated they will only continue building once the land dispute gets resolved.

My husband has lived all his life at this location, the property belongs to his late father and late mother. His sister who resides in New York has never lived there! ,

We are homeless, bouncing from place to place. Presently we sleep at a cousin's house, wash up and do our laundry in the outside stall at our yard and eat at my mom's or other relatives' place.

We don't have a proper place where my husband can relax and take care of his health.

Good people, we appeal for your help so my husband can take the necessary life saving overseas treatment and to pay the legal cost to resolve the land dispute so Man on a Mission can continue building us a home.
