3D Strength climb the 3 Peaks

Firstly let me tell you about who we are as a group, we are #Team3D a group of Guys and Girls based in the training facility 3D Strength, Darlington NE England. The facilities primary focus is on Strongman and Strongwoman strength training and functional fitness.
During the recent and ongoing COVID19 pandemic we have all being working hard to protect one and other and stay active mentally and physically.
So, lets get to the point ... After some discussion and keen interest we have decided as a team we would like to take ourselves well out of our comfort zone and tackle something that we would not normally do in order to raise money for the NHS charities to support the ongoing efforts of the frontline workers all around the UK.
#Team3D will be taking part in The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, taking on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, in this order, and (hopefully) in under 12 hours on 25th July 2020.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks route is 24 miles (38.6km), and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent.
Any Donations no matter how small are be greatly appreciated, the frontline staff and volunteers of the NHS deserve the support and we hope our donation can help them.
