3D Printed Face Shields

This fundraiser is in support of PPE for Southampton General Hospital staff and other front line medical staff.

At the moment of writing there is a lack of Face Shields, in due course this will be sorted by national manufacturing ing and distribution efforts under way but for the immediate future there is a need.

I've finally received approval to supply these 3D printed Face Shields as depicted and am now trying to increase the number I can produce. Two more 3D printers have been ordered for delivery on the 6th April as well as Filament and clear plastic sheet.

Target is 30 to 100 per day, with the potential for more.

All donations gratefully recieved to cover cost of equipment and materials. The target amount will be adjusted in line with what we’ve spent.
