The Bloomington Cardinals Youth Football and Cheer Program is a non for profit registered 501(c) charitable organization that has provided opportunities for young athletes in our community to learn about their sport and build positive character traits. Throughout the years BCYFC has worked with countless youths in our community offering positive experiences to build not only great athletes but great people. 

In 2020, BCYFC was prepared to offer these opportunities to our community again but due to COVID-19 we were forced to cancel the season. We rely on registration fees, donations and athlete fundraising to keep our organization running. While the season was cancelled and registration fees refunded, we were unable to bring any money in while continuing to still have bills to pay. The organization has overhead expenses for storage of equipment, insurance payments and community outreach that continued even without the season. We also intended to use fundraising money to purchase new uniforms and replace worn out or damaged equipment for the upcoming season.

Our desire is to continue to offer this experience to our young athletes in the future. We know the Cardinals have a strong history of support that we have always been extremely grateful for. We are asking that our Cardinal family rallies around the current and future cardinals and helps us continue to offer this experience.
