So here’s the tragic tale: upon disembarking the boat, I heroically placed my shoes in Willow’s bag for safekeeping. Willow, ever efficient, went home and dropped said bag off, while I marched straight to Johnny’s. Fast-forward to my departure and the shocking realisation: no shoes. Desperate times called for desperate (and slightly bougie) measures, so I borrowed a pair of Hermes sandals that seemed to be at the back of the pile.
