Some of you may know I've been house hunting for a long time!
I've been tackling a lot of hurdles in the process and running into dead ends or walls. But guess what? I finally found a home that fits my needs, and my budget! I have also been approved by my bank for the financing and have placed an offer on the house!
I'm Almost There!!
I have enough in savings for my down payment, however the closing costs are a little more than accounted for. I'm looking for $2000 to make up the difference. I need to be able to come up with the amount by the closing date, which could happen pretty fast. So, I am humbly reaching out to anyone willing to donate and help me achieve my dream of home ownership.
Any help is genuinely appreciated and you will have my eternal gratitude. And I am offering to send a signed 11x17 Art Print of one of my art pieces to any donors that message me requesting one.
