Help Brandon Kick Cancers Butt

Hey everyone, my name is Brandon and May 4th 2023 has changed life forever; I found out I have cancer. My liver had swollen with "innumerable" amounts of tumors and could see bumps on my lymph nodes, and unfortunately it had spread. I have gone through testing, and still do not have a definite answer to where it started or what I have, I just know it's stage 4 because it has moved throughout my body. According to my doctor, Possible primary sites include pancreaticobiliary tract and upper GI tract. However, with how aggressive this cancer is, I have started chemo and have completed 2 treatments so far and will have treatment every other week. Therefore, I need a caregiver, my fiancee, to help me throughout the day as well and it has been hard; especially not being able to work at the moment, and could use any help I can get. I am asking for your help so I can focus on beating this and getting better. I am not sure how long I will be in treatment but I have a feeling it might be awhile..Thank you so much and God Bless.
Don't really understand it, but this is what they found after a PET Scan.
