Fred's Harpsichord Fund

My father built this harpsichord when I was a child, partly from a kit and partly from pure creative genius. It has beautiful cherry wood keys, a sweet, harmonious tone and lines that remind me of the Cadenza. I have been blessed to have the harpsichord in my possession for many years now... but I can no longer keep it! I've moved into a small apartment in San Diego and sadly simply don't have room for this gorgeous piece of family history. But there is good news. Scott MacKinnon, Heather Darden's son in Santa Fe, would love to have it. Yay! It can stay 'in the family' and be well-loved. My dilemma is the cost of shipping. I am working part-time and the cost of shipping this very special instrument is prohibitive.
