Stephen Thomas went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, around 8:30 p.m., after a sudden and unexpected medical crisis involving a blood clot in his lungs, multiple cardiac arrests, and kidney failure. He leaves behind his three children, Cory, Jarred, and Rachel. Stephen loved Jesus, and we take comfort in knowing his hope was in Christ and that he is now whole and at peace.

In the midst of our grief, there are significant practical needs. Stephen’s children all live in Spokane, WA, while Stephen lived in Fresno, CA. We are working quickly to travel back and forth, make funeral arrangements, handle legal and accounting matters, and sort through his many storage sheds to decide what to keep, sell, donate, or dispose of. These expenses include travel between Spokane and Fresno, funeral costs, legal and tax help to properly handle his estate, and the costs of cleaning out and settling his belongings.
