He worked as a driver on overland safaris for over ten years and survived Covid pandemic and was happy to go back to work again. Recently, Gladman was involved in a tragic accident while on transit in Namibia, resulting in a life-altering spinal injury that has left him paralyzed from the waist down. Despite this challenging turn of events, his spirit remains unbroken, and he is determined to regain his independence and continue living a fulfilling life.

The Need:

Since being discharged from the hospital, Gladman has received limited assistance. To help him navigate this new chapter of his life with greater ease and autonomy, we aim to raise funds for an electric wheelchair. This essential piece of equipment will empower him to move around independently, enabling him to go into town, run errands, and organize his daily life without the constant need for assistance.
