Divorce Lawyer Fund

So... Last Saturday morning as I was exiting the shower, there was someone pounding on our front door. I was home alone for the weekend because my wife and son left the previous Thursday to spend a few days with her sister. (Or so she says).I almost didn't answer it but the pounding was pretty loud and I thought that it might be urgent. When I answered the door a man handed me a envelope and said "Here's some paperwork for you."

The paperwork turned out to be divorce papers and a restraining order requiring me to vacate my home immediately and to keep my distance. Don't get me wrong... I knew we were heading in that direction ... Just thought we had agreed on a timeline.

The saddest part of all of this is that I haven't seen my son Porter Ray whom I love adore and have an amazing connection with in almost a week. Not being able to see him, play & sing with him, feed him, and put him down for bed at night after our long fun filled days is unbarable

I'm thankful for my brother who is able to take me in and to all those friends especially those I work with who have been so supportive. All those who've I've reached out to for emotional and mental support... Thank You!

At this point I need to retain a lawyer. I simply do not have the money.

Swallowing my pride big time here, but if any of you who are old friends, new friends, or even acquaintances can find it in your hearts to help and support me by contributing I would be eternally greatful.
