Hi my name is Pam, I'm setting this up to help raise support for my grandson's open heart surgery on January 12th. He will be having the Ross Procedure which requires a 5-10 day hospital stay and then at least 12 week recovery. He was admitted in to Egleston Children's hospital in November for 8 days in hopes to have surgery then but due to sickness it was postponed. Camryn was also put on medical leave by his cardiologist. With that being said he has a car payment, insurance, etc that’s just added more unneeded stress. His mom Chastity (my daughter) was right by his side and missed multiple days of work and will be missing weeks worth of work after his surgery. As we all know she will be making multiple trips to Atlanta after surgery for follow up appointments and Camryn’s rehab. Your donations and support are greatly appreciated!
