Hey Y’all

On March 24th I was diagnosed with Cervical Adenocarcinoma. As I’m sure you can imagine, this came as quite a shock. I am 27, generally healthy, and a pretty active person. At this moment, I am unsure what the next steps for me are. I have an appointment on the 6th with a specialist, and from there I’m sure we will do imaging to find out how far the cancer has progressed. My OBGYN is very hopeful that we caught it early, so I may have a relatively short time with our friend, Tumorina, living with me. But even best case scenario, I am going to be recovering from a major surgery and unlikely to return to work for several months. I don’t love doing this, but I could never have anticipated something like this happening to me. Thank you to anyone and everyone who has even read this far.
