Help with Medical Bills

We are trying to raise money for my nieces Amber and Micheal Boose children, Tyler, Kaylee, and Sadie Boose. Tyler and the girls were driving back from grabbing some dinner, they were driving up the mountain at 15mph and a teenager in another car was speeding at 60 mph and using his phone. He lost control and hit Tyler's car sending them into the air over his car and it continued to roll down a slope and landed upside down. Tyler was unconscious and gas was pouring into the car so Kaylee helped Sadie out of her seat and they kicked out a window. Sadie had a ruptured spleen and a bad seatbelt burn along with bruises inside and outside her chest and stomach along with a concussion. She is home now on bed rest for 6 weeks to allow her spleen to heal. Kaylee's lower back is broken in 2 places and she had a concussion. She is home now in a brace for 12 weeks and lots of physical therapy. Tyler's liver was severely damaged, he has already had 2 major surgeries to repair it, his spleen was also damaged, his ribs are broken and they punctured his lung. He has a broken knee and broken toes along with cuts and bruises. He is currently in the ICU but starting to recover. The teenager who hit him doesn't have good insurance and in the state of Virginia you can not go after the insurance company to cover bills even if his insurance doesn't cover the medical bills, the rest will be up to the family. Amber is on disability and Michael has taken a leave of absence to help be with their children. Any help would be greatly appreciated
