Friends, Family, and any gracious donors.  Those of you that know me understand that my children are my life and also know how amazing of a Father I am to them. 

I took a job in Hawaii with the understanding that my spouse and children were to follow-on once I secured a house for us.  My spouse decided to take my kids to California and stay there.  Due to my job, I was required to remain in Hawaii for a least 1 year and couldn't leave. 

Once I verified that my kids were not going to be coming, I filed for divorce in Hawaii and also started looking for a transfer back to the mainland.  The divorce process took so long in Hawaii that I was unable to complete the process but fortunately was able to transfer back to Arizona. 

I was finally able to see my kids last month (after 18mos) for a week during their break.  I have been left with all of our joint bills.  I am humbly asking for your donations to assist me with finishing this divorce and finally getting a court ruling as to the my rights to see my children. 

I have never had to ask for help before and please understand I am paying all the bills and cannot afford an attorney on my own.  I miss my children dearly and have no legal leg to stand on as there isn't a custody agreement and my kids have effectively been taken from me without permission.  Please assist if you can, anything you can donate is greatly appreciated, thank you.

For too long Father's have been on the losing side of divorces and its time to stop the cycle of this horrible process.  I will not bash their mother or or air all the details of why I am divorcing her, I just want what is best for my children.  Thank you.
