A Helping Hand

Introduction

First, thank you for taking a few minutes to read our story — and a special thank you to those we’ve not yet had the chance to meet.

My name is Paul, and I live with my wife Sam, our 7-year-old daughter Mabel, her cat Bluey, and my elderly parents near Málaga, in southern Spain. We moved here to give ourselves a slower life, surrounded by the mountains and the sea — places we’ve always felt a deep connection to.

After two years of fertility struggles and IVF treatment, we were blessed with a healthy baby girl. Her arrival was the catalyst for my parents to emigrate to Spain as well. Mabel is — and will be — their only grandchild. She is our miracle baby and a precious gift for us all. Like many parents will understand, our daughter changed our world completely — even with her Daddy now approaching the age for free bus travel.

We’re a humble, working-class family. Our lives revolve around community, health, and sport. Until three years ago, I worked harder than ever to provide a happy, healthy life for us all. We’ve always found joy in helping others — even teaching a paraplegic friend to kitesurf, which is tricky enough with two legs.

Life was good.
Then everything changed.

The Battle Began

In 2022, I visited an ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) doctor for a sore throat that had lingered too long. After further tests, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma. The cancer had already spread, and our peaceful world was turned upside down.

Since then, I’ve undergone nearly 50 sessions of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other intense treatments. These were toxic and exhausting — but I kept going. I had to.

Two months ago, my doctors told me there was nothing more they could offer — and sent me home to let nature take its course. I was given 4 to 6 months to live.

Despite this, I’ve had no choice but to keep working full-time. I run a small business that still doesn’t fully support us, and the financial pressure has been immense. We’ve sold everything we could — including our car and most of our possessions — just to keep searching for a solution.

After months of soul-searching, I put my ego aside and made a decision: to ask for help.
Not because I’ve given up — but because I’m not ready to stop fighting.

The Hope That Remains

Time waits for no one — but there are
Real options. Real science. A real chance.
With your help.

I’m fighting cancer. And while the path forward isn’t guaranteed, there are treatments that offer real hope. These therapies are grounded in science, backed by clinical experience, and within reach — if I can get the support I need.

With your help, I’m seeking access to several cutting-edge treatments available internationally. These are more targeted, less toxic, and potentially life-extending alternatives to the conventional options I’ve already exhausted.

Targeted Therapy (TACE) – Germany

Delivers chemotherapy directly into the tumor — like a sniper, not a shotgun. More precise, less toxic.
• Estimated cost: €12,000–€47,000 (varies by number of sessions)

Cell-Based Immunotherapies:

️ TIL Therapy – Spain, US
Uses my own immune cells, expanded in a lab, to fight the cancer.
• Estimated cost: €62,000–€350,000

⚔️ CAR T-Cell Therapy – Spain, US, India, China
Genetically reprograms T-cells to seek and destroy cancer cells.
• Estimated cost: €61,000–€400,000

NK Cell Therapy – Thailand, Mexico
Uses the body’s natural killer cells to attack tumors.
• Estimated cost: €17,000–€87,000 per cycle

Dendritic Cell Therapy (DCT) – Europe, Japan, China, Korea
Trains the immune system to recognize and destroy cancer cells.
• Estimated cost: €15,000–€86,000

Weekly Supportive Therapies

To strengthen my body and improve quality of life:

• IV Vitamins – Boost energy and immunity
• Hyperbaric Oxygen – Enhances healing, reduces inflammation
• Rife Therapy – Frequency-based support for cellular health
• Infrared Sauna – Detox, circulation, and pain relief

How You Can Help

We know how hard things are for many people right now. We wouldn’t ask if we weren’t fighting for something so important.
Your support means the world — not just to me, but to my family, who are walking this road with me every day.

Thank You
