Help Kevin and his family get back on their feet

Hello, my name is Anne Jordan. With a heavy heart, my friend, Jane Kelley, and I are asking for your help to support Kevin and his family.

I met Kevin through a referral from my friend, Jane, to do some home renovations, and for the last 10 years, he's been our go-to for home repairs and remodeling. Through the years, we've known Kevin, we've always appreciated his work ethic and integrity. He's been in scouting since he was eight years old and has been a Scout Master for the last 33 years; hence, the life lessons learned through this experience show in everything he does.

For the last four years, Kevin's wife, Kim, has been battling cancer. With two active teenage girls, an ailing mother, and Kim's needs, Kevin has had to find a new work/life balance as he is the sole caregiver for all of them. Now, after four years, Kim's prognosis is getting more and more complicated. She's scheduled to go to Duke Medical Center for clinical trials with no guarantee of medical insurance coverage. Medical bills and living expenses are piling up, and Kevin's time away from work prevents him from making the money he needs to pay the bills.

We're asking you to consider a donation to this worthy cause. Kevin needs $75,000 to cover the mounting bills. Any money raised will go toward paying these bills and will hopefully get the family back on their feet. Any amount you're willing to contribute is so greatly appreciated, and if you aren't able to contribute money at this time, a share with your friends and family would mean the world to Kevin and his family.

Whenever I had an idea for a project, Kevin would always say, "Well, let's see how we can make this happen." So, now I've been given the opportunity to, in turn, see how I can make this happen for him."
