My name is Sasha Carter and I am starting this fundraiser for my co-worker and friend Chris Ordonez. He has recently encountered some very difficult medical diagnoses and is facing  emotional, physical and financial challenges. He is a husband and a father of two and is the main provider for his family. All of his colleagues know him to be a diligent and committed RN who puts himself second for the sake of the patient and the team. Chris has also served our country in the Navy for 5 1/2 years and is a veteran. At this time in his life, it would be a huge relief for him and his family to receive a small contribution toward his medical expenses.

Last thing to mention is that Chris's financial need has increased a bit since his most recent update. I'd also like to emphasize that these donations go to helping his wife and daughters during this time that he cannot work.
