Around midnight on January 30th, a fire started in the loft of my brothers townhome in trolley square. He was in the shower and his room mate Katie was in the kitchen while my mom was asleep. The lights went off in the kitchen and Katie woke my mom up to find the fuse box, at which time she heard a loud pop upstairs and got my brothers attention for him to check what happened. When he went to open the door to his room (the loft) the door knob was hot, and he made his way up the stairs to see fire all around him. The case seems to be electrical, there was nothing around to have started the fire. They tried numerous times to put the fire out, without any luck. Literally EVERYTHING is gone. All of his clothes, his shoes, his tattoo equipment, his brand new bed, anything collectible he's gotten over the years. Everything near and dear to him. The building is condemned and now they need to find somewhere new to live. I set up this account to get them started with a deposit and first months rent on a new place, a new bed, a new car key for his car (which was lost in the fire, and was his only one) clothes in general (he only has what's on his back.) a lot of people are asking how to help, this is how.
