Unexpected loss of Husband and Father
Donation protected
Christy and Lauren’s life were forever changed suddenly on September 19th, 2020. Dan was a loving husband and dedicated father that left this world and beautiful family unexpectedly.
Christy and Dan were married for 17 years although their love and passion for each other was as if they were married for 90 years. There was not a day that went by that they didn’t see that sparkle in each other’s eyes. Lauren was his everything as well and loved her ever since the second he saw her after she was born. He was so proud of her and her excelling in school and everything she did and was so proud to be her father. He especially loved when she was an ambassador for the Orlando Apollos XFL Team at such a young age. Seeing his love in sports blossom in her eyes and spirit melted his heart as it was just another addition to the many things, they all enjoyed as a family.
The three musketeers as they would refer to themselves loved camping in their popup, going to Disney, attending many sporting events, sitting by the fire having s’mores or just enjoying family time at home watching movies or football. Lauren just turned 13! While the Pandemic may have this world shut down to a point, they made sure to show Lauren how much they loved her by throwing a socially distance get together with some Friends and Family outside. Her birthdays from now on will forever be changed without Dan being there in person but everyone knows that he will always be with them in their hearts and spirits. Leaving this world cannot ever stop the amount of love that he had and showed daily. Christy and Dan could not have had a more Beautiful family. Even before the birth of Lauren, Christy and Dan lived in several different states throughout the years. He was always her Knight in Shining Armor. They were practically inseparable.
Dan’s sudden passing will leave a financial struggle for Christy and Lauren as they try and cope with the loss of their rock. The Pandemic left an economic crisis that stretched the farthest realms, one of which ended the employer that Dan knew most all his career life and that was Sweet Tomatoes which closed its operations in March. Their closing left Dan without any Life Insurance, and albeit Dan found another job recently he was not on their Life Insurance plan yet. Life as they all knew it was dependent on both incomes with Christy being a school teacher and with no Life Insurance for Dan it will be a long-time struggle for Christy and Lauren to provide for things such as Funeral Expenses for Dan and other monthly expenses.
We have created this GoFundMe page to help raise funds for Christy and Lauren and to cover any expenses they will need in the upcoming days, months, and years. We want Christy to be able to spend time with Lauren and together as a Family with her to be able to mourn and remember their beloved Dan. They need the time especially with Lauren being at such a young and knowing age to cope with the loss of her Loving Father instead of worrying how the expenses will be paid.
If you can help support them by donating any amount it would Truly be a Blessing. Also, just as their family love stretched this world, if you could pass this on to your world of networks, we would truly appreciate it.
