Funeral

Hello, my name is Precious, and I am reaching out to you all during an incredibly painful and unexpected time in my life. On Wednesday, 23rd April 2025, my dear mother suddenly passed away as a result of stroke following an admission to hospital in the United Kingdom. This was a very tragic event and unexpected and no one saw it coming nor prepared for it. Unfortunately the stroke which initially occurred in the left hemisphere eventually spread round through the brain. The loss and unexpected tragic event has left my family, friends and relatives completely shattered, heartbroken and extremely devastating. This had led to a number of challenges that we are currently facing.

With a heavy heart, i am reaching out to everyone to support me to bear the unplanned costs of the funeral of my dear mother.

This tragic event unfortunately came without any warning, unexpected and we have not been prepared financially for the expenses that have followed. The total estimated cost for the funeral and associated challenges including all the funeral director services and fees, securing a new grave, council fees, has unfortunately amounted to £7000. Unfortunately, I do not have the funds needed to cover the entire costs of this burial at this very difficult and challenging times.

My mum is currently at the mortuary, and arrangements need to be made as soon as possible. I never imagined I would find myself in this position, and it completely pains me to ask for help as this situation has not only left me devastated, completely heartbroken and without any considerable options.

Therefore, i am appealing to everyone for any reasonable contributions that you can make to support this burial no matter how small, would mean the world to me and my family during this very difficult and challenging times. If you are unable to donate the mere sharing this message and your message of support would be greatly appreciated.
