Can you imagine being diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure at the age of 34? I couldn't either but on 9/26/16, that became my reality.  From that day forward, the world as I knew it would completely change. Up until then, I was a very active and hard working Mom of 4. Since then I've been hospitalized many times, sometimes for months at a time, I've had to have a defibrillator implanted, I am constantly fatigued, and can no longer work. 

Today, I am hopeful because I've been offered a second chance at life. That second chance means having a heart transplant. Without this procedure my life expectancy is extremely low. Unfortunately, my income and insurance simply will not cover the entire procedure, cost of housing, medication, and the associated hardships that may follow. My procedure will be done in Nashville, TN. I am humbly asking for your support. My goal is to raise $15,000toward this procedure. Any contribution, large or small, will be graciously appreciated.
