Hi everyone,

I’m creating this fundraiser for my friend, Tina, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She has already undergone a double mastectomy and is now beginning treatment, with at least one additional surgery expected later this year.

Tina is a self-employed mobile pet groomer, and because of surgeries and ongoing treatment, she is expecting to miss several months of work. Unfortunately, rent, utilities, and basic living expenses don’t pause during medical recovery.

Tina is doing everything she responsibly can to stay afloat, applying for assistance and grants and using short-term resources, but there is still a significant gap during the months she will be unable to work or only able to work part time.

Funds raised here will go toward rent, utilities, basic living expenses, and essential business costs so Tina can keep her mobile grooming unit afloat while she recovers and returns to work as soon as she’s medically cleared.

Anyone who knows Tina knows how hardworking, independent, and generous she is. Asking for help has never come easily for her. If you’re able to donate or share this fundraiser, it would truly mean the world to her during this incredibly difficult time.
