My Mission Trip with YWAM

My name is Caleb and I graduated from high school this past June.  I decided to take a year off from school to persue my passion for missions.  I was led to Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and have been at the Kona, Hawaii base since October 1st.  It is here that I have been able to dive deeper into God's word, listen to amazing speakers and worship alongside new friends and peers from around the world. 

The second half of my YWAM journey is the "outreach phase".  I will be leaving in December to Cambodia for 3 months!  My focus while I am there is teaching English to children, street evangelism, distributing digital bibles to citizens and guiding groups of young men in Crossfit training. 

I have already raised $7,000 of the $10,000 needed for my mission.  God has been incredible and has provided all I have needed so far.  I have contributed $2000 of my graduation money, $2000 of my own from working a job at a restaurant, $2000 from a fundraising garage sale and $1000 from my church.  For the most part, God has been working with the number 2,000 and I feel strongly that this is the amount I should be asking for on this Go Fund Me site.

I will be making my final outreach payment during the first weeks of December so I am praying for the complete $2,000 by then.  I feel strongly that your contribution will be used in a way that affects many of the Cambodian people I am working with.  I am excited to further persue my passion of meeting new people and loving those God puts around me!
