Pakistan Flood Relief
Donation protected
Due to the extreme flash floods across Pakistan, the government has now declared an emergency. Over 33 million people have been displaced and nearly 1,000 killed from the monsoon.
Many have evacuated their homes and cities. Families have become desperate as there is no access to food, shelter, and basic necessities. Many parts of the country have become inaccessible due to bridges collapsing and road blocks from the flood damage.
Our community in New York is willing to do whatever we can to provide for those in need. We have started this fund to ask for any donations for all those suffering. These donations will be used to supply shelter camps, medical aid, dry food, clothes, sleeping bags, blankets, and basic essentials for families, children and anyone distressed from this catastrophe.
Our mission is to collect donations and send the proceeds to Jaffriya Disaster Management Cell Welfare Organization (JDC). They are a nonprofit and charitable organization that aims to provide rescue management all across Pakistan. JDC Foundation caters to all those suffering and their priority is serving the communities in Pakistan.
All proceeds will be donated to this cause.
