Battle with Cancer leaves Single Mother in need

Hello, my name is Cynthia, my daughter Latoya Coley is a single mother of two boys ages 11 and 5. Most think turning 40 is a time to celebrate and a time to step into a new chapter of life. These were also Latoya's thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately, God had other plans and new adventures for Latoya. Latoya was diagnosed with breast cancer on February 14, 2023. and has since then battled with surgeries and to many doctors' appointments to count. Latoya has had to endure sleepless nights and many days of not being able to get out of bed due to her illness. Latoya had always been a very independent woman. She has helped countless people obtain their GED's while tutoring and working as a instructorial assistant. She spent the past 10 plus years as a teacher working and educating daycare preschoolers. This new diagnosis has left her without a job and forced her to not always be the hands on and productive mother that she has always been in the past. Latoya is facing hardships such as her rent, lights , and other necessities. This time of year, while most families and friends are celebrating, Latoya is being faced with harsh realities of life. Although she is blessed to still fight another day, we would also like to reach out to the community for any help. All help is welcomed and very much appreciated. Thank you, and GOD bless.
