Last Saturday, February 17th, Ruth "Ruthie" Luter passed away moments after midnight, after succumbing to injuries from an unexpected fall the previous Sunday. Ruthie always graced everyone with her genuine smile and her affectionate words of "bless your heart." At this difficult time, Ruthie's family needs a little extra help to cover her funeral and burial services.
