Hello!
I am a friend of Paige and Billy Strassner. Being two of the most humble and gracious people I know I am making this account on my own accord in the hopes of helping my friends become parents.
Let me tell you a little bit about their story;
Paige was diagnosed with leukemia at the tender age of 18. When most of her peers were deciding what dress to wear to the Senior Ball or what college they were going to attend, she was fighting to survive this deadly disease. After extensive chemo and other treatments she miraculously overcame her battle with cancer. She knew that this disease would affect the rest of her life, but after fighting so bravely, she was determined to create the best future possible.
She went on to graduate from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and is fulfilling her life’s duty of caring for patients the way she was once cared for. She now works as a Registered Nurse in an ICU at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Paige and Billy met when she was a junior in college. After a few years of dating, they decided to tie the knot in 2014. Billy is working to obtain his masters degree in Social Work so that he will be able to positively impact the lives of children in need.
Her battle with cancer has transcended into her battle to have a family. The couple knew that having a family traditionally would be near impossible. With grace and hope they knew that their family will become whatever it was meant to be.
They have begun seeking opinions and fertility treatments to weigh all of their options.
The possibility is there, but $20,000+ for fertility treatments is making the possibility of having children a little further out of reach than they would like. What I am asking from all of you is any donation possible to help my dear friends Paige and Billy become parents. No one deserves to have a family more than these two.
A simple donation could make their dream come true.
Thank you!
