On Thursday August 21st 2025, Nate was hit by a drunk driver while coming home from work. He was admitted to the ICU at UC Davis in Sacramento. He had to undergo a craniotomy to release pressure from his brain and still has significant hemorrhages and brain bleeds as well as other bodily injuries. Nate his on life support and in a coma and it is unknown if he will regain consciousness as he is not responding to any physical or auditory stimuli.

My mom and I have been with Nate everyday and will continue to support him and stay by his side. He has a 12 year old son Alton who he loves very much as well as so many family and friends that are praying for his recovery.
