Help Us Save Ophelia ❤️
I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help with Ophelia, a sweet 2-year-old cat. She was recently diagnosed with Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), and she’s currently fighting through the acute phase of this aggressive illness, battling dangerously low red blood cell levels. She urgently needs a blood transfusion to survive, and we’re doing everything we can to make it happen.
We are working against time. Every hour matters. Without this transfusion, her body may not be able to keep fighting much longer. The vets believe the procedure could stabilize her and give her a real shot at recovery—but we need to act as soon as possible.
Ophelia isn’t just a pet—she’s family. She’s the kind of cat whom everyone adores. Even people who claim they’re “not cat people” fall in love with her calm, loving nature. She makes biscuits on your chest, play fetch until the sun goes down, and purrs the second you say her name. She’s sweet, full of life, and has a presence that fills a room with warmth.
We’re raising funds to try to cover the cost of her emergency transfusion, hospitalization, medications, and follow-up care. The financial burden is more than we can manage alone, and I’m asking for help so we don’t lose precious time.
Please consider donating or sharing Ophelia’s story. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to giving her the fighting chance she deserves.
With love and gratitude,
Justin, Emily, & Ophelia ❤️
