A brother in need

My name is Jeff and Shane Rossow aka The Machine is my brother. Not by blood but by love. Rossow has battled cancer for several years now and at one time was able to overcome it. A few short weeks ago he went in for a check up and they found nodules on his lungs. After a biopsy was completed it was found to be stage 4 sarcoma which is a rare form of cancer. The doctors are only giving him a 2 year life expectancy even after starting an aggressive chemo treatment. Rossow and his wife Brittany also have a child on the way that is due in June. Speaking from personal experience if I or anyone else ever needed anything my brother would drop anything and everything to help out. I am asking everyone to please help him and his family out. It will be near impossible for him to work during this time and that added stress doesn't need to be there right now. Thank you all in advance.
