During the COVID-19 pandemic, our frontline healthcare workers have continued to provide their communities with exceptional care despite the risk to their own health and families. Every day they go to work, despite the risk of catching the virus from the public, exposed staff, or other forms of contamination.
During this pandemic, hospital staff has to continually wash and disinfect their hands throughout the day, far more than ever before, as even touching a contaminated object such as a pen can put them and their families at risk of illness or even death.
All that hand washing and disinfectant can have severe reactions with the skin causing dry, cracked, and sore hands so we have found a way to thank our amazing healthcare workers by providing each and every one of them a bottle of yummy hand lotion!
This is not just to combat dry hands...this is a small token to thank them for putting their lives at risk every day to ensure our health and well being is cared for!
This gift to all staff in the area is a simple thank you for all their hard work. A yummy smelling hand lotion to remind them that all they do is greatly appreciated and without them, we would all be facing an even more serious crisis.
My team and I are raising funds to ensure every local healthcare worker can be reminded how much their services mean to us. You may think it is just a lotion, but at the end of a hard day’s work, even the sweet smell of a delicious lotion can help relax stressed minds while healing irritated skin, and our health care workers deserve a treat!
100% of your donations will go to the purchase of a $6 bottle of hand lotion in a variety of scents that will delight the staff and remind them we care and that they are OUR HEROES!
