Help Sasha Heal: Support Her Surgery

Sasha is my sister’s 7-year-old Rottweiler puppy… I’d call her a dog, but she will always be the baby. Always fast to tell you how much she loves you… even when she’s just met you! Always with the adorable little nub where her tail used to be, waving ferociously; always taking care of her mumma and sister with kisses and her head resting on laps. Always enjoying doing what she isn’t supposed to be doing with a ridiculous grin on her snout! She’s just the goodest and funniest girl…

As of late, she’s been a bit lethargic and off her game. As it turns out, there is a lesion on her liver and her spleen needs to be removed. We know that many people would suggest making her as comfortable as possible and putting her to sleep once it’s gone too far… However, she is a certified therapy dog and my sister is going through a divorce from quite a horrific human. If she ever needed the support, it is in this terribly necessary time. Saying goodbye during these already dark times feels completely unimaginable.
